One Year Warranty on Watch Winder
All our winder and watch case products come with one full year
warranty. A warranty registration card is included with every
purchase. You can register your purchase online or mail in the
warranty registration card as instructed.
We have a local service center in USA to service our customers within United States and Canada.
Return Policy:
We offer a 15 days return policy for all our customers. If within 15 days you are not satisfy with our products, you can simply return them for refund (less shipping charges)*.
*Any returned items shall be in its original condition with all original packing materials. Shall there be any damages or scratch resulted from customer's mis-handling, appropriate charges will be assessed for repair of the damages or scratches.
